At Reagan Geosciences, providing high-quality, timely Level 3 Soil Reports is our core service. These reports focus on soil testing for residential and commercial septic permitting. Often called soil testing, soil mapping, perc testing, or land evaluation for septic systems, they help determine if land is suitable to support an on-site septic system. Our clients typically request reports when buying property, repairing a septic system, or evaluating land for development.

Please reach out to us if you would like to discuss a project outside of our typical service area. We do provide our services to other areas if field work is not required and/or large enough to warrant the additional travel expenses.
