At Reagan Geosciences, providing high-quality, timely Level 3 Soil Reports is our core service. These reports focus on soil mapping for residential and commercial septic permitting. Often called soil testing, perc testing, or land evaluation for septic systems, they help determine if land is suitable to support an on-site septic system. Our clients typically request reports when buying property, repairing a septic system, or evaluating land for development.
